This is a home that now requires multiple kids to be running up and down the stairs from their bedrooms upstairs to the basement family room, making noises of glee. I can picture a set of parents jointly cooking in the spacious kitchen and readying dinner to be enjoyed as a family around the dining room table. They have no fear or worry about the kids playing outside in the fenced yard or exploring and building forts in the green space behind the fence. The location is perfect, close to schools, shopping, Trout Lake, playgrounds and our local ski hill. The colours of fall leaves painted on the escarpment can be enjoyed from the rear deck while BBQing burgers one last time as cooler weather comes in. The home will be cozy and warm as they gather around the Christmas tree placed in the living room bay window. This lovely home has served its purpose for this owner and is now ready for a new one.
